Exceptional breakfast selection!

The decor is outdated and looks tired. The swimming pool was freezing cold, rendering it unusable. I expected better amenities for the price I paid. Being informed it was open and then finding it in such a state was infuriating.

The Leading Hotels Of The World exceeded my expectations with phenomenal service and a prime lakeside location. Breakfast included a superb selection of fresh pastries and organic juices. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, even assisting me with specific business needs, such as setup for meetings. The overall ambience was both relaxing and professional, making my stay highly productive.
