    Really good breakfast selection!

    The decor is outdated and looks tired. The swimming pool was freezing cold, rendering it unusable. I expected better amenities for the price I paid. Being informed it was open and then finding it in such a state was infuriating.

    Greatly enjoyed the place, had a real good stay for holidays. This was a spectacular and quiet location near to the gardens fronting the lake, and the restaurants, the pool, the concierge, the ladies from housekeeping.

    Overall very good service.

    Luxurious hotel in the traditional style. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The pool area is amazing too.

    The Leading Hotels Of The World was great with amazing service and a prime lakeside location. Breakfast included a superb selection of fresh pastries and organic juices. The staff were accommodating, even assisting me with specific business needs, such as setup for meetings. The overall ambience was both relaxing and professional.

    The decor showed signs of aging in some areas.

    thank you for a very good stay. overall it is a luxury hotel and we loved the stay, the location was perfect in the main eden roc restaurant where we could choose anything on the daily menu or alacarte. excellent service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi. it has fantastic views and amazing pools. outdoor restaurant has amazing food choices.

    It was based in beautiful building in a prime and spectacular location, outside on the lakeside. What's more, it was just next door to the gardens. The room we had included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV.

    Great service and view!

    We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed the stay. The staff were super friendly and helped us find a local bike shop, awesome for the cycling around. Breakfast by the lake was fine, but the room decor seemed a bit worn out. A nice experience!
